Residents of unincorporated Fresno County must provide a county-issued coupon at the event to participate at no charge. Residents without a coupon may be responsible for the cost of disposal. Call the Fresno County Resources Division at 559.600.4259 to get a coupon before your scheduled date. Republic Services has scheduled drop-off dates for your neighborhood at the Rice Road Transfer Station\, located at 10463 N.
